Role overview
We are looking for an Integrated Account Manager to manage paid digital campaigns while also guiding SEO campaign direction and client recommendations.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly client-centric, organized, commercially aware, and proactive in driving campaign progress. The candidate should be confident in managing client relationships, understanding client needs and pain points, translating campaign data into next steps, and actively recommending improvements across paid media and SEO.
The role will focus primarily on paid media account management, while requiring solid SEO understanding to support integrated campaign strategy. SEO campaign management experience is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibility
- Act as the key client contact across paid media and SEO-related accounts, managing communication, campaign updates, performance reviews, and client expectations.
- Understand client objectives, needs, pain points, and KPIs, then translate them into clear campaign actions, next steps, and recommendations.
- Strategize, plan, and manage PPC campaigns across Search, Display, Social, and Video platforms.
- Provide SEO campaign guidance by understanding organic search performance, SEO deliverables, keyword strategy, and on-page/off-page priorities.
- Review paid and organic campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities, insights, account growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate with junior media specialists and the backend automation team to drive campaign progress, deliverables, reporting, and workflow improvements.
- Support hands-on PPC campaign execution when needed, especially during periods of high workload.
- Deliver effective client presentations for campaign reviews, renewals, retention, and new opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes through integrated paid media and SEO recommendations.
- Stay updated on paid media, SEO, analytics, AI tools, and digital marketing trends to strengthen campaign strategy and client advice.
Skill and Requirement
- 3–5 years of experience in digital campaign management, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns and client accounts.
- Strong understanding of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic platforms, Google Analytics, and related campaign tools.
- Solid overall SEO knowhow, with the ability to guide SEO strategy, client recommendations, campaign next steps, and performance discussions. SEO campaign management experience is a definite advantage.
- Working level knowledge in Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, MOZ, among other
- Strong client servicing, communication, and presentation skills, with experience leading client-facing meetings.
- Ability to translate campaign data into clear insights, action plans, and strategic recommendations.
- Organized, proactive, analytical, and able to manage multiple accounts, timelines, and stakeholders independently under pressure.
- Comfortable working with junior specialists and cross-functional backend/automation teams.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese/Cantonese; Mandarin is a definite advantage.
- Sensitivity and openness to using AI tools in work processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is not just a campaign coordinator, but a proactive account lead who can own client relationships, identify what clients need, explain what campaign data means, and recommend what should happen next.
They should be strongest in paid media account management, while having enough SEO understanding to confidently guide client discussions, coordinate internal teams, and support integrated digital strategy.
This person should be comfortable balancing client communication, campaign planning, performance analysis, team coordination, and hands-on support when needed.
